Enjoying this thing called..LIFE.
When my son’s father and I were getting along at the beginning of the year, he always mentioned taking me to Harrah’s and spending the night just to “get away” and relax. I never took him up on his offer but considered going there to see what all his fuss was about. To be honest, it is simply AMAZING! First, I’d never been to a casino because I was never interested in going. I was never intrigued by putting my money into a machine in hopes that more would be disbursed. I’m still not but the atmosphere is so alive and diverse that I just wanted to see more.
My friend and I spent about 2 hours in Masquerade, which is a club in the casino. We met two guys that were really hospitable and true gentleman. They kept the drinks coming and since I didn’t want to have another night like Homecoming back in October, my drinks ceased after the first cranberry juice mixed with vodka. The guy that I was talking to really had me tuned into all the things that parted from his lips. Maybe it was the liquor, but everything he said was so interesting! LOL. We talked the whole night, helped his cousin to the car who was hilarious wasted, and then even grabbed something to eat afterwards. We all just meshed so well together that we forgot about the time passing. We talked, laughed, ate, etc. They paid for EVERYTHING! (Wasn’t that nice?) They even led us to the gas station where they thought it would be nice to pump our gas. I guess there really are good guys left in the world. :cute:
Needless to say, although there were a myriad of older and creepy gentleman in the club, I had a blast getting my techno and figure 8 dancing on while still being able to enjoy the music that I am more accustomed to. It was delightful to see mature adults that don’t have to fight everytime they go out. I see why my son’s father always wanted me to go to Harrah’s! OOps, did I just say that? LOL. I did. Cocky MUCH? INDEED. :dance:

I’m glad that you had a good time! I love to go out where environments are pretty much laid back and chill. Those guys sound nice and it’s nice to see that there are some good guys out there! I always seem to run into the creeps!

Wow, from the looks of the picture, it looks amazing. I’ve been to a few casino’s and you are right, the guys you find in casinos love to treat you like a queen and spend money on you lol! Sounds like you had a blast!

Seems like it was one of those random nights that actually went well when you expect the worse from it. I love it when you can go out and have a good time and adults act like adults and everyone is just cordial. It looks expensive from the photo. I’m sure this was a much needed little getaway. I hope yall got a number from those guys, who knows, they might turn out to be really good male associates.

I did actually get the guys number. The club itself was free to get into so we didn’t have a cover charge. And it was a random night that I didn’t expect to turn out as it did. Nevertheless, it WAS a much needed getaway that I enjoyed.

Some of the guys kind of creeped me out. Most of the looked like they had left their wives upstairs or in the hotel rooms and they came out to have a little fun with us young people. If that was the case, I had fun despite their purposes! LOL

The atmosphere was simply breathtaking because I had never been in a club like that before. Wow, Wisconsin is SOOO far away. I bet you guys enjoy the snow up there!

That is awesome that you are now a Sprint customer – I use to be with them…EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!
And before Verizon charged me $400 deposit to get service with them but with Tranzmobile – I was pre approved and able to get my free pone but I am changing phones to the Blackberry…the free phone sucked anyways
But if you wanted to get Verizon – you shoulda said so as if you visit Tranzmobile site @ http://www.tranzmobile.com – you could still get Verizon free phone promo and than switch to Blackberry…I didn’t upgrade I just added a new line to my current account – once I activate and setup my new Blackberry account – I cancel out my original free phone account and switch to the Blackberry account making it my main primary account..if I upgraded I would be paying $500 for the Blackberry so I added a new line and once I get the blackberry – switch over and cancel out the first account…send back the free phone and am set. Sound like a lotta work but is worth it…*LOL* I know am crazy heh?
