Weekend Fun II
Tomorrow, Iyanna and I are going to the Zoo with her class. Ironically, tomorrow is also the day that I was invited to an Awards ceremony at the university in which I will miss. I won’t mind as I am sure there will be others to honor my academic acheivements as there have been in the past. Iyanna has been begging me for the longest to go on a trip with her class and I’m sure it’ll be great!
Saturday, I was looking into the Festival/Fair that’s in Gonzales. If we don’t attend this weekend, we’ll definitely go next weekend. After all, the festival lasts from April 30-May 9.
Sunday, I’m taking the kids to Ag Magic on LSU’s campus. It’s right around the street from my house so that’s pretty convenient for us. Here they can learn about all sorts of animals and even hold them. I think I’ll have more fun at this event.
Also, we’re returning to LASM since the kids had such a good time.
does anyone know the php code to input so that when my comments are turned off, the link to leave a comment is not visible and instead says, “Comments Off” ?

Sound like you are going to have a blast. The zoo is a great place to go with children. That fair also sounds fun. Me being preggo, I’d just go for the food LOL! Anyways thanks for the many blessings. Sending them your way as well.

I wonder how the class trip went. I can’t wait until Alissa has fieldtrips that I can attend. I guess they start going on fieldtrips like when their in the first grade or something? Well your weekend sounds like alot of fun, I wish I could say the same. Just packing and crap, plus the weather is sucks so freakin bad.

The leave a comment link won’t disappear, however if they click the title and link at the bottom it will inform commenter’s the comments are turned off. I wish there was a code for it that would be nice. If I do find something I will let you know.

You have lots lined up. But it’s good that the kids are able to experience those things! I can’t wait until my son is able to start school, he turned 5 too late to start kindergarten, but he will be attending summer camp and will be going to school in the fall, so I can’t wait to see what he has lined up during school.

I’m experiencing the same with my daughter. She won’t be in Kindergarten because her birthday is in November so she’ll have to go to Pre-K next. I’m looking into getting her tested to skip Pre-K as it has been suggested by her Head Start instructors.
I’m unsure why the code isn’t showing up either. I’d hate to change this whole layout to get rid of all of the bugs that are associated with it because I kinda fell in love with it’s simplicity.

We had a blast. I know because when I said, “Guys, it’s time to go..” They were VERY upset. Imari didn’t want to leave the museum. Thank God for a strap in his stroller!
