I was gifted a Nespresso machine by my employer for my 3-year anniversary. I received it last week and it has not had a moment’s peace. The espresso is amazing and it’s so much better than the coffee drinks I’ve made with my Keurig.

I’m still trying to perfect my version of the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso from Starbucks. I’m close, but not quite there. I usually alter my SBX order to include a pump of caramel syrup and salted caramel cold foam. I’m not sure how the amount of coffee consumption is going to thwart my fitness journey, but it’s the only thing that stands a chance against my constant exhaustion.

I really want to enjoy coffee because I love the smell, but the taste isn’t for me.

I hated it at first, especially iced coffee. But once I found the right mixtures and intensity levels, there’s no turning back for me. (I used to just drink coffee to stay warm while in the office building and to have a reason to get away from my desk for a break.)

I love coffee. I no longer have my Keurig or coffee maker, though. I prefer a french press at this point. I feel like it’s because I’ve become lazy with lots of things, like cleaning the machines etc. I couldn’t do it anymore lol
