Last month was hard. Simply put. There was always so much to do and so many places to be. Looking back, I honestly don’t know how I survived running off fumes, time deficits, and depression. I was gifted a Nespresso machine by my employer for my 3-year anniversary. I received it last week and it has not had a moment’s peace. The espresso is amazing and it’s so much better than the coffee drinks I’ve made with my Keurig. I’m still trying to perfect my version of the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso from Starbucks.
