Science Fair & Town House

I said I was going to take the kids on an outing. However, after my sickness and my son’s asthma attack, we’re just going stay inside. Maybe later tonight I’ll feel well enough to take the kids to Monkey Biz. Even C.W. asked to tag along. This guy is a winner!

I remained positive and I reaped the benefits.

  • Iyanna’s Science Fair was pushed back to 12:30 today. My mom attended as I had to work. She won second place!
  • The truck didn’t start again this morning. I missed school. Turns out, it just needed a new battery!
  • I’m regaining my energy. My period is gone on vacation!
  • I needed C.W. this morning. I think I got a lil hot when he answered the phone in that voice of his. Lord, I love that guy’s morning-late night-do-I-really-have-to-get-up-this-early-in-the-morning? voice. It warmed my heart that he showed so much concern. Cue the “Awwws”. He got all soft and told me missed me. Three years ago, I would have never gotten that out of him.

    • I’ll post pictures of Iyanna’s science fair project tonight if my Mavica is charged. I also have more pictures of the Townhouse. Today turned out to be a good day. I’m celebrating this weekend by buying a new couch and possibly taking the kids to New Orleans for the Audubon Experience and a trip to the Museum.
