It has to be the whipped coffee and frothed milk. It has to be. The last time I remember drinking so much coffee was when I was at a job I HATED. The only reason I’d drink it was to stay warm in such an extremely cold environment (temperature and shoulders) AND to give me a reason to get up from my desk after staring at jacked-up data and processes all day. But I find so much joy in frothing and creating whipped coffee. It’s soothing. And it’s become a morning ritual.

I finally understand why people drink it to stay energized throughout the day. It has helped me get through the way in ways it hasn’t before. I am a bit concerned that I’m consuming more caffeine and sugar in one sitting and it could be affecting my appetite. I’ve noticed that I can be “heads down” for hours and at the end of the day, I’ve realized I haven’t eaten anything. And that’s only because the kids are asking me what I’m cooking for dinner tonight and tomorrow.

    i was killing this combo around this time last year. you gotta add some cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the coffee before you whip it. it’s sooooo good!

      Can’t wait to try this version. It’ll probably knock a little of the bitterness off a bit.
