We woke up just a few minutes shy of the sun. Back in the states this would have angered me, but still wanting to take Africa all of in, I was excited and filled with energy. I spent 10 years fantasizing about visiting one of the most beautiful continents on earth, Africa. In those years, I thought being able to visit this place could only happen in my dreams.
