I was gifted a Nespresso machine by my employer for my 3-year anniversary. I received it last week and it has not had a moment’s peace. The espresso is amazing and it’s so much better than the coffee drinks I’ve made with my Keurig. I’m still trying to perfect my version of the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso from Starbucks. A 10-hour drive led us to Pigeon Forge, TN for a week. A week spent in the mountains enjoying 10U baseball tournaments and most importantly, family. It was my first time visiting the Smoky Mountain Range and it was everything I thought it would be. Majestic. Vast. Ethereal. A beautiful reminder that I need more of this.
